The tour we propose for your first day on the saddle follows the Argentina Valley, with departure and return in the City of Flowers, Sanremo.
The main stops are Arma di Taggia, Imperia, Pontedassio, Colle San Bartolomeo, Colle d’Oggia, Carpasio, and Taggia—offering a sequence of stunning views of the Ligurian hinterland as you ride through.
Total route length: 99 km, with two major climbs: Pontedassio – Passo del Ginestro (from 80 m to 677 m above sea level) and Garlenda – Colle d’Oggia (from 70 m to 1207 m above sea level).
Return to the hotel in the evening, dinner, and overnight stay.
DAY 3: The Principality of Seborga by bike
The tour for your second day starts in Bordighera and climbs via paved roads and mule tracks up to the ancient Principality of Seborga, passing through beautiful mimosa groves.
From there, an enjoyable rolling singletrack leads to the dirt road of Monte Nero (Passo del Ronco), then climbs again to connect first with the “Bottazzi” trail and then the “Cavalli” trail, reaching the hills above Ospedaletti.
Return to the hotel, shower, and departure.
