will allow you to witness the traditional olive pressing process as it was done centuries ago.<\/li>\n<li>The tour of the modern mill will surprise you with a very ancient technique that separates the pit from the olive, processing only the pulp.<\/li>\n<li>This method increases the oil\u2019s stability, lowers its acidity, and results in an oil with an intense, fresh aroma and a bold, full-bodied
