After an initial orientation day to assess participants’ skill levels, the itineraries<\/strong> will be adapted to the group\u2019s capabilities. In the evening, we suggest a nighttime stroll through the lit-up streets of the city or trying your luck at the Municipal Casino games.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Return to hotel and overnight stay.<\/p>\n <\/details>\n <\/p>\n Ride along Italy\u2019s most scenic bike path, built on the former railway line with sea views throughout and several illuminated tunnels. Many refreshment points along the route. Climb to Cipressa via marked cross-country trails. Enjoy views of the sea and mountains, and visit local architectural sites (Cipressa church, village of Lingueglietta). Second part of the route is almost entirely off-road.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Meeting point:<\/strong> Lungomare delle Nazioni (in front of the old train station) at 9:00 am, return by 4:00 pm<\/p>\n Technical difficulty:<\/strong> medium-easy<\/p>\n Physical difficulty:<\/strong> easy<\/p>\n <\/details>\n <\/p>\n Visit to the centuries-old chestnut tree with a monument to Nobel laureate Giulio Natta. Climb up the Argentina Valley to the Vignai junction, where remnants of the aqueduct can be seen\u2014an engineering work from 1883. Descent via fire roads and trails towards Oxentina. Return to Taggia, with its large and artistically significant historic center.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Meeting point:<\/strong> Covered market in Taggia (end of the Arma \u2013 Taggia expressway) at 9:00 am, return in the afternoon<\/p>\n Lunch:<\/strong> packed<\/p>\n Technical difficulty:<\/strong> medium-high<\/p>\n Physical difficulty:<\/strong> high<\/p>\n <\/details>\n <\/p>\n Rest day from your beloved bike and free time.<\/p>\n Optional visit to the famous Principality of Monaco: train transfer, lunch and guided tour of the old town, optional visit to the Prince\u2019s Palace and Oceanographic Museum. Afternoon walk along Port Hercule, Casino Square and Gardens, Princess Grace promenade and the coastal trail to Cap Martin. Return from Menton.<\/p>\n <\/details>\n <\/p>\n Discover the remains of the old cable car and the highest peak in the municipality of Sanremo (1299 m). In the San Romolo \u2013 Monte Bignone urban park, you’ll encounter diverse flora from Mediterranean scrub to Scots pine and beech trees. Descent along challenging trails.
