1° DAY
Arrival in the afternoon with hotel accommodation, dinner and overnight stay.
2nd DAY: Argentina Valley
The walk that we propose for your first day takes place in the Valle Argentina. From Arma di Taggia we continue to Valle Argentina. The loop starts at the junction for the village of Gavano, just before reaching the village of Molini di Triora. A tough climb, first on tarmac and then on a dirt track, towards Grattino and on to Passo Drego. With fun and long single track you reach Molini di Triora. The total length of the excursion is about 20 km of mixed terrain.
Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

3rd DAY: Nervia Valley
The starting point of the route, which runs through the upper Nervia Valley, is Colla Melosa (1541 m), situated well beyond the ancient villages of Pigna and Castelvittorio. Continue on to the Mount Grai refuge, after which you continue to climb in the shade of the over 2,000 metre Pietravecchia, past the south face of Toraggio you begin to descend via a splendid path carved into the rock to the Gola dell’Incisa, continue on to the Alta Via pass and finally a dirt road to the Grai refuge will allow you to reach Colle Melosa again.
Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
4th DAY: The Coastal Park of Western Liguria
In the morning we propose a peaceful walk along the route of the new Parco Costiero del Ponente ligure, inaugurated in 2008 on the route which for a century was the route of the railway. Wonderful views of the Ligurian Sea and Mediterranean flora await you.
