EXPERIENCE PACKAGE
Culinary Specialties of Liguria and the French Riviera
(3 days – 2 nights)
DAY 1
Arrival in the afternoon and check-in at the hotel.
For your dinner, we have reserved a table at a prestigious restaurant in the selected location, where you can enjoy the aromas and flavors of Ligurian cuisine.
DAY 2: Nice and the Delicacies of the French Riviera
In the morning, transfer to Nice, where you can visit the Lascaris Palace, a Genoese Baroque-style building constructed in 1648 by the Lascaris-Ventimille family, featuring a beautiful facade with balconies on brackets and pilasters adorned with garlands of flowers. A visit to Nice wouldn’t be complete without strolling along the famous Promenade des Anglais, Place Masséna, and Cours Saleya with its characteristic bistros.
Lunch at leisure to taste the specialties of Niçoise cuisine. We recommend trying the legendary Café de Turin in Place Garibaldi, a temple of seafood and oysters.
In the afternoon, we suggest heading to the port area of Nice to visit the Confiserie Florian and discover the production of Southern French delicacies: you will witness the transformation of fruits and flowers into real gourmet sweets, as well as the making of chocolate and Provençal-scented candies.
Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 3: Imperia, City of Olive Oil
In the morning, transfer to Imperia to visit the Olive Oil Museum of Fratelli Carli. This museum is unique in its originality and content, highlighting the symbolic and cultural value of the oldest cultivated tree by man. Through six thousand years of Mediterranean civilizations, the museum recreates characteristic environments related to olive oil production.
Free lunch, which you can enjoy in a typical Ligurian restaurant to savor some of the local specialties of Imperia, accompanied by excellent local wine.
Departure in the early afternoon.
