- In the morning, we’ll visit the local market and, together with our chef, select the ingredients for our recipes, choosing the genuine typical products of Liguria.
- Once we’ve gathered our fresh ingredients, we’ll begin the Ligurian cooking class.
- The morning’s purchases will be transformed with you into authentic, flavorful dishes.
- From traditional Panissa to Ligurian focaccia, and even Christmas Panettone for the holidays, it will be a day full of tips, secrets, and tricks behind Ligurian and other traditional dishes.
